Mikrotik cAP XL ac Dual Band Access Point/Repeater Router comes with a new high-gain antenna that improves the coverage area by up to 100% when compared to prior cAP versions. The new design has a bigger high-gain antenna, increased sensitivity, and an integrated reflector. When compared to prior cAP models, these enhancements enable up to a 100% increase in the covered area! The dual-band, dual-chain 2.4 and 5 GHz wireless radio provides good coverage in 360 degrees surrounding the device, so you don't have to worry about where you position it. Placing it on the ceiling removes numerous signal absorption issues, such as signal blocking by huge TV sets, metal cubicle walls in open-plan workplaces, and so on. Despite the radio's repeater mode, the two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow you to extend your network using cables, even if PoE power is required. The cAP XL ac supports 802.3af/at PoE input on the first port and passive PoE output (up to 57V) on the second port.
